One site per property
Each complex, center or office building gets its own circle, sized to the lot. Rename projects "Site" or "Job" if that's what your techs say.
Property maintenance apartments · HOAs · retail centers · offices
Your technicians cover a portfolio: three apartment complexes before lunch, a retail center in the afternoon, an HOA pool on the way back. Owners want to know what their building cost in labor. GEOTT checks each clock-in at the property, records every move between buildings, and gives you the hours per property at month-end.
$7 per active worker a month · no charge per building · 15-day trial, no card

Three answers per technician, every day: which properties they were at, for how long, and whether the hours are trustworthy enough to pass on to the owner or the HOA board. A geofence per property answers the first, site changes answer the second, and the change log answers the third.
| The owner asks | GEOTT shows |
|---|---|
| "How many hours did my building take this month?" | The by-project export, one line per property and worker |
| "Was your tech really here on Tuesday?" | The punch on that property, inside its geofence, with the time |
| "Who changed these hours?" | The change log: who, when, before and after, and why |
| "Why is there an after-hours entry?" | The session, its site, and night-work rules if you use them |
They clock in at the first property of the day and switch site at each next one. Each switch reads the phone's position once, checks it against the new property's circle and closes the time on the previous one. Nothing is recorded on the drive. At clock-out, the day is already split by property.
Each complex, center or office building gets its own circle, sized to the lot. Rename projects "Site" or "Job" if that's what your techs say.
Moving to the next property is one tap, checked against that property's geofence, without clocking out and in again.
A regional manager gets rights on their properties only: hours, files and messages, nothing outside their portfolio.
Every correction to hours keeps the old value, the new one and the reason. Useful when a board questions a bill.
Below is a sample month with invented properties for a team of 5 technicians. The by-project export splits 840 worked hours across six properties and the shop. Put each line next to that owner's contract and you can see which buildings run over their budget.
| Property (sample) | Type | Hours |
|---|---|---|
| Oak Ridge apartments, 240 units | Residential | 260 |
| Maple Court apartments, 120 units | Residential | 150 |
| Lakeside HOA, pool and grounds | HOA | 90 |
| Northgate retail center | Retail | 140 |
| Riverside office building | Office | 120 |
| Medical plaza | Office | 50 |
| Shop and parts runs | Internal | 30 |
GEOTT doesn't bill owners or manage work orders: it provides the hours. The full list of exports and reports is on the features page.
Large enough for the whole property plus GPS error. Under open sky phones are typically within 4.9 m (16 ft), says GPS.gov; between buildings and indoors the error grows. A complex spread over several blocks needs a wide circle; a single office building a small one.
After the first week GEOTT tells you if honest punches keep landing just outside. More on geofence time tracking.
| Property | Suggested radius |
|---|---|
| Single office building | 80 m (about 260 ft) |
| Retail center with parking | 200 m (about 660 ft) |
| Apartment complex | 250 m (about 820 ft) |
| HOA community | 500 m (about 1,640 ft) |
$7 a month per technician who clocked in that month, whatever the number of properties. Five technicians cost $35 a month; 40 properties cost nothing extra. Admins and portfolio managers who don't clock in are free, and there is no annual plan.

Property maintenance questions
One that records hours per property as techs move through a portfolio, proves each visit with a punch inside the property's geofence, and keeps a log of corrections. GEOTT does that for $7 per active worker, with no charge per building.
No. GEOTT is a time clock: it records where and when work started and ended, and turns punches into hours. Keep your work-order or property software for tickets and invoices, and use GEOTT's hours per property next to it.
The tech clocks in at the property as usual, at any hour. If you use a night-work window, those hours are counted in that category automatically, and the session shows up in the weekly view the next morning.
GEOTT accounts are for your company: admins, managers and workers. To share hours with an owner, send them the Excel export for their property. Positions stay visible only to admins and the manager of that property.
