$9 per active worker per month, in US dollars. An active worker is anyone who clocked in at least once during the month; everyone else on the account costs nothing, admins included. There's no base fee, no fee per job site and no hardware, so a month when nobody clocks in costs $0.

Anyone with at least one clock-in during the month. GEOTT does the count at the start of the next month and charges only them. The unit is the person, not the day: a worker on site once and a worker on site twenty days each cost $9, and nobody else on the roster is billed.
Take a sample roofing and repair company with 12 people: 10 in the field and 2 admins in the office. Over four months it pays $90, $72, $72 and $0, a total of $234, because each bill counts only the workers who clocked in that month. The admins never cost anything.

Per day on site, the number gets small. In November each of the 8 workers was on site about 20 days: $72 for 160 worker-days, or 45 cents per worker per day. December shows the other side of the rule: the crew stopped on the 18th, and the bill is still $72, because everyone clocked in that month.
Work out the monthly bill for your real crew, not the headline rate. Ask whether there's a base fee, a charge per job site, an extra for GPS or geofencing, a price for admin seats, and whether the rate you're quoted assumes annual billing. With GEOTT the answers are none, none, none, free and no.
Then check who counts as a user. Here it's only the people who clocked in that month, so seasonal hires and crews between jobs don't sit on the bill.

Pricing questions
Yes. The trial lasts 15 days, sign-up asks for no card, and no charge starts on its own after day 15. The practical test is one crew on real job sites, clocking in every day for the length of the trial.
No. There's no annual plan for now: GEOTT bills month by month, only for the workers who clocked in, so nothing is prepaid for the year. If work stops, the bill stops with it, because a month without clock-ins comes to $0.
Admins are free, and so is anyone who never clocks in. A project manager who only reviews hours and approves missed punches from the office isn't billed. Office staff who do clock in count like any field worker: $9 for each month they punch at least once.
You pay nothing for that month. With no base fee and no per-site charge, the bill is simply the number of workers who clocked in times $9, and zero times $9 is $0. Your job sites and past records stay where they are for when the crew starts again.
