Geofence per site
A circle around each site. A clock-in outside it is refused or accepted with a flag, never accepted in silence.
15 trades one clock-in, checked at the site
A roofer, a night cleaner and a harvest crew have different days, but the same question at 7 a.m.: did everyone start, and where? GEOTT answers it the same way for all of them. Each worker clocks in from their own phone at the site, the position is read once and checked against the site's circle, and the office sees the hours by person and by site.
$7 per active worker a month · no hardware · works with no signal
Companies whose people start the day on a job site, a client's property, a post or a field instead of in an office. Each page below takes one trade: its typical day, a sample week, the radius that fits its sites and what it costs.
Construction Two or three sites a day, basements with no signal.
Commercial cleaning Many buildings a night, short shifts, hours per building.
Landscaping and lawn care Six properties a day, quiet winters that cost nothing.
HVAC Installs and maintenance contracts, rooftops and mechanical rooms.
Plumbing Rough-ins, remodels and service contracts, often below ground.
Electrical Long commercial jobs, crews split between projects.
Property maintenance A portfolio of buildings and hours you can bill per property.
Roofing One- to three-day jobs, weather stops, new site every week.
Painting Interior and exterior jobs, crews that move mid-week.
Solar installation A house or two a day, rural roads, big utility sites.
Restoration Emergency calls, drying visits, basements with no bars.
Pest control Commercial accounts and crews on recurring sites.
Security guards Fixed posts, night shifts and reliefs that start on time.
Agriculture Seasonal crews, large fields, no signal on the back forty.
Events and catering A new venue every day and temporary staff.Look at how your day works rather than at the trade name. Crews with many short visits have the same needs whether they clean, inspect or repair; crews on one long project look like construction. Pick the row that sounds like your week.

The same app and the same rules. There are no industry editions and no add-ons: a cleaning company and a farm get every feature at the same price per active worker.
A circle around each site. A clock-in outside it is refused or accepted with a flag, never accepted in silence.
Clock-ins saved on the phone with their original time and sent when the signal comes back.
Read once at clock-in and clock-out. No tracking during the day, nothing in the background.
Timesheets by person and by site, overtime rules, and exports to Excel for payroll and client invoices.
The full list: GEOTT features.
It depends on the site more than on the trade. Phones are typically within 4.9 m (16 ft) under open sky, says GPS.gov, and less precise next to tall buildings or indoors. Start from the table, then let GEOTT's first-week check tell you if a circle is catching honest workers.
More: geofence time tracking.
| Site | Suggested radius |
|---|---|
| A house or a small shop | 50 m (about 165 ft) |
| A mid-size building in town | 100 m (about 330 ft) |
| A large commercial or rural lot | 200 m (about 660 ft) |
| A field or a large outdoor site | up to 2,000 m (about 1.2 miles) |
Questions across industries
No. Every company pays $7 per worker who clocked in during the month, with every feature included. Office staff are free and there is no per-site fee. Details: pricing.
Yes. You choose Site, Job or Project once and GEOTT uses that word in the whole app, in the reports and in the exports.
It doesn't matter to GEOTT. Each place you work is a site with its own circle; a worker who changes site during the day clocks the change and the hours land on the right site.
No. GEOTT runs in the browser of any recent smartphone, the worker's own included. It doesn't track them outside clock-in and clock-out.
Create your company, add one site with its circle and invite the crew that works there. In two weeks you'll see every clock-in, every flag and the hours by site. The trial lasts 15 days, needs no credit card and doesn't bill when it ends.
