Pest control commercial accounts · recurring visits · crews
Commercial pest control runs on a schedule: the same restaurants, warehouses, schools and HOAs every week or month. GEOTT turns each account into a site with a geofence, checks every visit against it and adds up the hours each account takes. If your business is mostly one-off residential routes, read the fit section first.
$7 per active worker a month · no charge per account · 15-day trial, no card

For recurring commercial accounts and crews on larger sites, yes: each account is a site you set up once and visit for months. For routes of 15 different homes a day, each visited once a quarter, creating a site per home is more work than it saves. GEOTT is a time clock built on job sites, not a route planner.
| Type of work | Fit | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Restaurants, food plants, warehouses on contract | Strong | Same sites every week; hours per account matter |
| Schools, hospitals, apartment complexes | Strong | Large sites, crews, after-hours visits |
| HOA common areas and termite jobs over several days | Good | Multi-day work on a known site |
| Residential routes, a new home every 30 minutes | Weak | Use your routing software; GEOTT doesn't dispatch |
Each account gets a circle around the building and its grounds. The technician clocks in at the first account, switches site at each next one and clocks out at the end of the route. Each tap reads the position once and checks it against that account's circle; nothing is recorded on the road in between.
Set up once per account; archive it when the contract ends and its history stays.
One tap per stop, checked on the next account's geofence; the route is split by account automatically.
Restaurants after closing, schools on weekends: night and weekend rules count those hours your way.
The by-project export shows the time each account took this month, to compare with what it pays.
A sample day with invented accounts for one technician: six commercial stops, one food warehouse with weak signal inside. GEOTT records 10 hours split across six accounts, the warehouse visit synced when the tech walked back to the van, and the restaurant visits flagged as after-hours.
| Time | Account (sample) | Hours | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| 6:00 a.m. | Bakery, before opening | 1.25 | Night window until 6 a.m. |
| 7:15 a.m. | Food distribution warehouse | 2.75 | Weak signal: saved, synced at the van |
| 10:00 a.m. | Elementary school grounds | 1.75 | Valid clock-in at the gate |
| 11:45 a.m. | Apartment complex, common areas | 1.75 | Site change |
| 1:30 p.m. | Medical office | 1.0 | Site change |
| 2:30 p.m. | HOA clubhouse and pool | 1.5 | Clock-out at 4:00 p.m. |
Each account's hours run from its clock-in or site change to the next site change, so the drive to the next stop counts on the account just left. On an iPhone, entries saved without signal upload when GEOTT is next opened with coverage.
Wide enough for the building, the parking lot and the grounds you treat. Under open sky phones are typically within 4.9 m (16 ft), says GPS.gov; inside big warehouses it's much worse, so ask techs to clock in at the door.
More: geofence time tracking.
| Account | Suggested radius |
|---|---|
| Restaurant or small office | 60 m (about 200 ft) |
| School or medical building | 150 m (about 490 ft) |
| Warehouse or food plant | 250 m (about 820 ft) |
| Apartment complex or HOA | 300 m (about 985 ft) |
$7 per technician who clocked in that month, however many accounts they visit. Six technicians cost $42 a month. Office staff and admins are free; there's no base fee, no per-account charge and no annual plan.

Pest control questions
For commercial accounts, one that records each visit on the right account and gives you hours per account. GEOTT does that for $7 per active worker. For residential routing and service tickets, keep your pest control software: GEOTT doesn't route or invoice.
GEOTT records the technician's clock-in on the account with time and geofence check, and keeps every later change in a log. You can share the by-project export with the client. GEOTT doesn't produce service reports or treatment records.
No. GEOTT is not a vehicle tracker: it reads the technician's phone position only when they clock in, change site or clock out. The drive between accounts isn't recorded.
That the position is read only at those taps, what it's used for and who sees it. GEOTT shows each worker a notice to confirm before the first punch. State rules are summarized in is GPS tracking of employees legal?
